ANN MATTHEWS

Qualified as a solicitor in 2007, Ann has gained a wealth of experience in private and commercial practice developing a particular expertise in the areas of probate and property law.

Ann advises private and corporate clients in relation to all aspects of commercial and residential property disposal and acquisition and landlord and tenant law. Achievements of note are having recently acted in Ireland’s top residential property sale (2021) and in the €15m disposal of Ireland’s oldest pub! 

Ann also has considerable experience in the areas of probate, trusts and estate planning and regularly advises clients in contentious and non-contentious probate related matters. Having developed a particular interest in this area of law, Ann offers considered advice on estate planning, enduring power of attorneys and wardship proceedings.
